Madison L. Field

Madison Field is a Partner at FPS Consulting Group and specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation, and transaction advisory services.

Madison’s practice focuses on forensic accounting, valuation, and transaction advisory services for attorneys, businesses, and individuals. He has experience providing advisory services in commercial and individual economic damage matters, matrimonial dissolution matters, and disputes involving ownership interests in privately held businesses. Madison has experience performing business valuations in estate planning, management planning and transactions.  He has experience providing financial consulting services for due diligence, financial modeling and cash flow analysis, forensic accounting and asset tracing, and investment and retirement benefits analysis.

Prior to FPS Consulting Group, Madison’s experience includes over 13 years as a leader of the Forensic and Valuation Services practice at a regional firm and national firm.   Madison has overseen and contributed to numerous written opinions related to forensic accounting, economic damages, and valuation matters. Madison speaks locally on forensic and valuation topics, and he brings considerable training and experience to projects through his study to obtain the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst’s Certified Valuation Analyst credential (CVA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ Certified Fraud Examiner credential (CFE). Additionally, Madison is active member and leader of Louisiana State Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Forensic and Valuation Services committee.

Tuan D. Pham

Tuan has over 25 years of financial and accounting consulting experience and is a Partner of the forensic accounting, litigation support, and transaction advisory practice with FPS Consulting Group. 

Tuan previously served as a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and three publicly traded international financial and economic consultancies. His practice has focused on assisting corporations and individuals with complex business transactions, disputes, and financial investigations. He has worked with a wide range of clients including manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, mining, energy, and oil and gas. Tuan has extensive experience in litigation consulting, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Tuan has authored and contributed on numerous written opinions and has testified numerous times in both federal and state courts.  His experience in litigation consulting extends to matters such as intellectual property, fraud and forensic accounting, economic damages, product liability, business interruption, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and purchase price disputes.

Ralph J. Stephens

Ralph J. Stephens is a Senior Advisor and Consultant with FPS Consulting Group, LLC.

Ralph’s has provided advisory and tax services for over 40 years for attorneys, businesses, and individuals. Ralph’s expertise focuses on business valuation, forensic accounting, and taxation. Ralph has served as an expert witness on matters involving business valuation, commercial damages, and forensic accounting in numerous State and Federal courts in Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. He has represented clients in matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

Ralph is also a mediator with Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions. Ralph formerly was a Shareholder at Postlethwaite & Netterville (PN) and leader of the Tax and Forensic and Valuation services sections.  Ralph retired from PN in December 2023, after a distinguished career that spanned over 40 years.  Prior to joining PN, he practiced law at Losavio & Weinstein.

Ralph has served as the Chairman of the Louisiana CPA Society’s Federal Tax committee, Louisiana Tax Conference, and the Advanced Tax Workshop. He was a member of the AICPA Business Valuation Standards Task Force that established the standards for CPAs performing business valuations. He was a member of the AICPA’s initial Certified in Financial Forensics credential committee and chaired its task force that created the body of knowledge for the credential. Ralph is a frequent speaker on the topics of taxation, business valuation, and litigation and has presented to various organizations, including the Baton Rouge Bar Association and Society of Louisiana CPAs.

Gabriella M. Meaux

Gabriella “Gabby” Meaux is a Senior Consulting Associate at FPS Consulting Group, LLC and specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation, and transaction advisory services.

Gabby’s practice focuses on forensic accounting, business valuation, and consulting services for attorneys and businesses. Gabby has experience providing advisory services in economic damage matters, matrimonial dissolution matters, and other services for privately held businesses. Gabby has experience providing financial consulting services for financial modeling and cash flow analysis, complex forensic accounting and asset tracing, and other accounting related consulting services.

Prior to FPS Consulting Group, LLC, Gabby’s experience includes experience as a Senior Consultant at a regional firm and national firm. Gabby has contributed to numerous written opinions related to forensic accounting, economic damages, and valuation matters. She brings considerable training and experience to projects through her study to obtain the Certified Public Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
